Community Forest

Discussions are underway to donate more than 200 acres of forested open space in the project area to the a nonprofit conservation organization over the course of the project's implementation. It is our goal to see a working community forest established that provides trails and recreational opportunities around the planned community, while retaining the natural beauty of the area. The nonprofit may continue to sustainably harvest timber from the land.
