Ridgewood Village includes a mix of housing opportunities for working families and retirees. A goal of the project is to create broader opportunities for home ownership. A range of lot sizes and price points will be offered. Target home prices range from $175K and up.

There is a market need to ensure a variety of housing prices for the range of incomes of our residents, not merely for the top 10 to 15 percent of wage earners as is the current norm in Humboldt County. When you create ownership, people have a passion about where they live and what happens near them, as evidenced by neighboring homeowners who want to be involved in Ridgewood Village's future.
